WHO WE ARE
GENCRAFT is a Narrative Intelligence company that understands and structures the stories of people and organizations — Narrative Data — and turns them into usable knowledge assets.
We collect and analyze unstructured stories scattered across interviews, conversations, voice recordings, documents and oral histories, and reconstruct them into structured knowledge through a Narrative Intelligence Engine built on LLM, RAG, Knowledge Engineering and AI Agents. Our core is “connecting stories into data, data into knowledge, and knowledge into new value” — technology is not here to replace people, but to reconnect people with people.
Experts in AI, archives, IT, branding and local development came together and asked one question: “How can AI understand the stories of people and the experience of a place?”
That research proved its potential in Imsil Cheese Village, through countless interviews and field records, and we discovered that stories are not merely content but the most important data AI has to understand — Narrative Data.
That experience became the turning point that grew research into technology, and GENCRAFT began developing Narrative Intelligence and Knowledge Engineering in earnest.
Today we are building an AI platform that turns personal memories, corporate know-how, and the culture and community stories of a region into sustainable digital knowledge assets.
GENCRAFT’s goal is not simply to build a better generative AI.
It is to build an AI that understands human stories
